SP58861 is one of a number of buildings occupying lots in Community Association DP270188 - Newington Precinct 3 (which is managed by Strata Sense) and which in turn in part of Newington Community.
The Community Association is a separate legal entity. It keeps its own accounts, budget, minutes and correspondence. It is financed by levies collected from the Owners Corporations (and any separate individual lots) in proportion to their Association Units of Entitlement.
For this inspection we have not had access to those records and make no comment as to the affairs of the Community Association.Strata Plan Registered 23/02/99
