SP65077, Juliana Apartments occupies a lot in Community Association DP270137, Liberty Grove along with 12 other Strata Schemes and a number of individual villas. The Community is bounded by Homebush Bay Drive, Oulton Avenue, The Northern Rail Line and Concord Avenue.
The Community Association is a separate legal entity. It keeps its own accounts, budget, minutes and correspondence. It is financed by levies collected from the Owners Corporations (and any separate individual lots) in proportion to their Association Units of Entitlement.
As part of our inspection we have conducted a limited review of Association minutes, accounts and correspondence for the purpose of identifying any non-routine estate management matters likely to have a material impact on individual lot owners. Our comments are in the report.
