Community property appears to consist of a footpath, boundary fence, pedestrian gate and a driveway.

The Community Association is a separate legal entity. It keeps its own accounts, budget, minutes and correspondence. It is financed by levies collected from the Owners Corporations (and any separate individual lots) in proportion to their Association Units of Entitlement.

Apart from the possible sale of exclusive use area to Lot 17 which will now not occur, there was nothing in our inspection of current minutes and correspondence to suggest the Community Association is dealing with any matters likely to have an impact on individual Owners, other than routine estate management business.
