14 Eastbourne Road is a 2-storey residential building which houses Units A to E (not a strata scheme) and is one of 4 buildings and one strata scheme SP70612, occupying lots in Community Association DP270253, Babworth House Estate, formerly the St Vincent's Hospice site (which is known as 103 Darling Point Road in the Manager's records).

Community property appears to consist of a footpath, boundary fence, pedestrian gate and a driveway.

The Community Association is a separate legal entity. It keeps its own accounts, budget, minutes and correspondence. It is financed by levies collected from the Owners Corporations (and any separate individual lots) in proportion to their Association Units of Entitlement.
