The Precinct Association is a separate legal entity. It keeps its own accounts, budget, minutes and correspondence. It is financed by levies collected from the Owners (and any separate individual lots) in proportion to their Association Units of Entitlement.

As part of our inspection we have conducted a limited review of Association minutes, accounts and correspondence for the purpose of identifying any non-routine estate management matters likely to have a material impact on individual lot owners. Our comments are in the report.
