1-7 Daunt Avenue (known as 495-503 Bunnerong Road in the Strata Manager's records) consists of 4 x 7-level residential buildings (with commercial lots at ground level) above a 3-level basement car-parking station, which were built in 2014 with part-rendered cavity brick walls, concrete floors, aluminium framed windows and a metal & flat concrete with a waterproof membrane rooves.

SP89004 is a part building strata scheme occupying a stratum parcel in DP1176039, Peninsula Village, a complex it shares with commercial suites, retail lots and a Woolworths Supermarket.

Management of shared facilities for the complex is undertaken by a Building Management Committee (BMC) which includes representatives of the owners of each of the stratum parcels.

The BMC is not a separate legal entity but it does maintain its own accounts, minutes and records and is managed by Strata Choice.

We have not had access to BMC records and make no comment as to the affairs of the BMC.
