SP86892 is a staged development consisting of 16 residential buildings (Buildings A to P inclusive) with various street addresses in Macpherson Street, Mallard Lane, Firetail Drive and Boondah Road. We enclose a list of the buildings and a plan of the complex.

Construction is rendered concrete, brick & blockwork walls, concrete floors, aluminium framed windows and sheet-metal and flat concrete rooves.

There is one Owners Corporation SP86892. This development is a little unusual in that it has so many large buildings without a Community Association.

This large Owners Corporation has the potential to be unwieldy. One would have to expect owners and occupiers in the various different buildings could have differing views on how their individual buildings should be managed. Meriton have done this with a couple of different developments but it is not a practice followed by other developers.

Meriton is the Developer, Builder and Caretaker of this complex and given that everyone employed by these organisations is ultimately employed by the one individual, we suggest there is substantial danger of a conflict of interest.
