2 & 8 Regatta Way are part of Edgewood Community Association DP270282, which includes three strata schemes SP68715, SP71699 and SP73289 and 110 separate housing lots.
We enclose a plan of the Community.
Community property includes all roads, guttering & drainage, pathways, foreshore walkway, swimming pool, fence, gym, communal facilities, lighting, electric mains, landscaping, club house, retaining walls, car accommodation and mailboxes.
The Community Association is a separate legal entity. It keeps its own accounts, budget, minutes and correspondence. It is financed by levies collected from the Owners Corporations (and any separate individual lots) in proportion to their Association Units of Entitlement.
The Community is managed under the terms of a registered Management Statement which was registered on 10/12/01. You should have received a copy of the statement as part of contract documents and we recommend its terms be clearly understood. The Management Statement usually gives the Community the power to make decisions binding on all subsidiary schemes and on individual owners with the Community.Strata Plan Registered 20/12/01
