SP97885 is a part building strata scheme occupying a stratum parcel in DP1234620, a complex of both residential and commercial/retail. There was no discription of the make up of the BMC in the records available at time of inspection.

Management of shared facilities for the complex is undertaken by a Building Management Committee (BMC) which includes representatives of the owners of each of the stratum parcels.

While it is not a separate legal entity, the BMC normally maintains its own accounts, minutes and records.

We have not had access to BMC records and make no comment as to the affairs of the BMC. Any BMC information in this report has been obtained from Owners Corporation records or from our own archives.
