SP91058 occupies a lot in Precinct Association DP280052, Seashores. Seashores has an area of 3,943m2 and contains irrigated landscaped gardens, fencing, drainage, sandstone retaining walls, barbeque area and paved pathways.

The Precinct Association (PA) is a separate legal entity. It keeps its own accounts, budget, minutes and correspondence. It is financed by levies collected from the Owners Corporations (and any separate individual lots) in proportion to their Association Units of Entitlement.

We have not had access to the PA records and make no comment as to the affairs of the PA.

DP280052 in turn is one of a number of units/townhouses, multi-storey apartment buildings and Precincts occupying lots in Community Association DP270347 Breakfast Point.

The Community Association (CA) is a very large development of the previous Mortlake gas works site.
