The community comprises around 95 lots including some 33 Strata Schemes and Neighbourhood Associations.

The Community Association is a separate legal entity. It keeps its own accounts, budget, minutes and correspondence. It is financed by levies collected from the Owners Corporations (and any separate individual lots) in proportion to their Association Units of Entitlement.

The Community Association is separately managed by Bright & Duggan and for this report we have not had access to those records and make no comment as to the affairs of the Association. Any Association information in this report has been obtained from Owners Corporation records or from our own archives.
