Laurina DP280031 occupies a lot in Community Association DP270613 Harrington Grove. The Community includes a pool, gym, landscaped parks and verges, water parks and verges, natural bushlands, paths, roads, lighting, security patrols and lifestyle services.

The Community Association is a separate legal entity. It keeps its own accounts, budget, minutes and correspondence. It is financed by levies collected from the separate individual lots in proportion to their Association Units of Entitlement.

As part of our inspection we have conducted a limited review of Association minutes, accounts and correspondence for the purpose of identifying any non-routine estate management matters likely to have a material impact on individual lot owners. Our comments are in the report.
