SP88557, Harbour Views is a part building strata scheme occupying a stratum parcel in DP1187294, Village Quay, a complex it shares with SP88558, SP88560, SP88606, SP91520 & SP91521.

Management of shared facilities for the complex is undertaken by a Building Management Committee (BMC) which includes representatives of the owners of each of the stratum parcels.

While it is not a separate legal entity, the BMC normally maintains its own accounts, minutes and records.

We have not had access to BMC records and make no comment as to the affairs of the BMC. Any BMC information in this report has been obtained from Owners Corporation records or from our own archives.

Raymond Tang from Strata Sense manages the BMC and Netstrata manage the Owners Corporation.
