SP65077, Juliana Apartments occupies a lot in Community Association DP270137, Liberty Grove along with 12 other Strata Schemes and a number of individual villas. The Community is bounded by Homebush Bay Drive, Oulton Avenue, The Northern Rail Line and Concord Avenue.

The Community Association is a separate legal entity. It keeps its own accounts, budget, minutes and correspondence. It is financed by levies collected from the Owners Corporations (and any separate individual lots) in proportion to their Association Units of Entitlement.

We have not had access to Association records and make no comment as to the affairs of the Association. Any Association information in this report has been obtained from Owners Corporation records or from our own archives.

The Community is managed by Raj Shekhawat at Whelan Property group (Parramatta).
