SP85578, Stamford Residences is a part building strata scheme occupying a stratum parcel in DP1158807, Stamford Residence & Reynell Terraces, a complex it shares with SP85579 (7 units), Reynell Terraces, and another described as Foreshore Carpark (SP86392).

Stamford Residences, SP85578, is 125 units on 25 levels serviced by four lifts and constructed of masonry walls and concrete slab floors.

Management of shared facilities for the complex is undertaken by a Building Management Committee (BMC) which includes representatives of the owners of each of the stratum parcels.

While it is not a separate legal entity, the BMC normally maintains its own accounts, minutes and records.

As part of our inspection we have conducted a limited review of recent BMC minutes, accounts and correspondence for the purpose of identifying non-routine matters which seem likely to have a particular impact on an individual lot owner. Our comments are in the report.
