285 Boomerang Drive is a Community Association (CA) which was originally established in 2003 and consists of 2 & 3-storey residential townhouse buildings with rendered masonry walls, concrete floors, aluminium framed windows and pitched metal rooves.

The CA property consists of tennis court, swimming pool/spa, driveway, turning & parking areas, grass, gardenes Wildlife pond, common fencing and large bushland to the northern part of the resort.

The Community Association is a separate legal entity. It keeps its own accounts, budget, minutes and correspondence. It is financed by levies collected from the separate individual lots in proportion to their Association Units of Entitlement.

The Community is managed under the terms of a registered Management Statement. You should have received a copy of the statement as part of contract documents and we recommend its terms be clearly understood. The Management Statement usually gives the Community the power to make decisions binding on all subsidiary schemes and on individual owners with the Community.
