We enclose a plan of the complex, together with a list of the Lots, Shop numbers and carspaces.

SP60919 is a part building strata scheme occupying a stratum parcel in DP1160918, The Italian Forum. The complex consists of SP60918 residential units,The Italian Forum Cultural Centre, SP60919 retail units - including the Leichhardt Council Library, carpark and The Piazza - a central open area.

Management of shared facilities for the complex is undertaken by a Building Management Committee (BMC) which includes representatives of the owners of each of the stratum parcels.

The BMC is not a separate legal entity but it does maintain its own accounts, minutes and records.

We have not had access to those records and make no comment as to the affairs of the BMC.
