3 Network Place is a 2-storey residential building with rendered masonry walls, concrete floors, aluminium framed windows and a flat concrete roof.
SP98060 is a part building strata scheme occupying a stratum parcel in Building Management Committee Ryde Gardens. The complex consists of three residential strata schemes; SP97810, SP98060 and SP98059 and a retail lot.
Management of shared facilities for the complex is undertaken by a Building Management Committee (BMC) which includes representatives of the owners of each of the stratum parcels.
The BMC is not a separate legal entity but it does maintain its own accounts, minutes and records.
We have not had access to those records and make no comment as to the affairs of the BMC.
SP98060 is also one of three residential strata schemes; SP97810, SP98060, SP98059 & SP99587 occupying lots in Community Association DP271157, Ryde Gardens.
The Community Association is a separate legal entity. It keeps its own accounts, budget, minutes and correspondence. It is financed by levies collected from the Owners Corporations (and any separate individual lots) in proportion to their Association Units of Entitlement.
We have not had access to the CA records and make no comment as to the affairs of the CA.Strata Plan Registered 22/11/18
